Pharmacists from across the province gathered in Miramichi on Saturday to pay tribute to the best and brightest in their profession.
The New Brunswick Pharmacists' Association honoured Renée Peters-Erb with the New Practitioner Award at their Awards Gala held as part of the New Brunswick Pharmacy Conference. This award is presented to a new pharmacist (five years or less since graduation) for exceptional service through innovation or contributions to his/her community.
The New Brunswick Pharmacy Conference was held at the Rodd Miramichi River Lodge from Friday, May 26, through Sunday, May 28, 2000. The conference included the annual general meetings of the New Brunswick Pharmacists’ Association, the NB Chapter of the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists and the New Brunswick Pharmaceutical Society, professional development sessions and a keynote address by Kevin Hamm on "Building Relations in Pharmacy."
