Pharmacists from across the province gathered in Saint Andrews on Saturday to pay tribute to the best and brightest in their profession.
The New Brunswick Pharmacists' Association honoured Kevin Duplisea and Sheri Axworthy with New Practitioner Awards at their Awards Gala held as part of the New Brunswick Pharmacy Conference. This award is presented to a new pharmacist (five years or less since graduation) for exceptional service through innovation or contributions to his/her community.
The New Brunswick Pharmacy Conference was held at the Fairmont Algonquin from Friday, May 13, through Sunday, May 15, 2005. The conference included the annual general meetings of the New Brunswick Pharmacists’ Association, the NB Chapter of the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists and the New Brunswick Pharmaceutical Society, professional development sessions and a keynote address by Darrell Bricker.
