Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, no Weekends.

As Pharmacy Manager, you’ll oversee a virtual pharmacy, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. You’ll manage everything from workflow and compliance to team development and strategic planning—all while keeping patient care at the heart of what you do.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team—hiring, training, coaching, and supporting growth.
- Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with all pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
- Drive operational efficiency and implement improvements to meet corporate goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Represent pharmacy operations in cross-functional projects and client interactions.
- Support patient care during peak periods through counselling, prescription review, and verification.
- Manage pharmacist scheduling and resource planning.
What We’re Looking For
- RPh or PharmD required; additional management or finance education is an asset.
- 4–6 years of pharmacy leadership experience, ideally in virtual or specialty pharmacy.
- Current NB pharmacy license in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, strategic planning, and budgeting.
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, Kroll preferred).
- Flexible and adaptable—able to manage dynamic workloads and occasional travel.
