The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated pharmacist with a leadership mindset to help shape and advance the future of our practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Play a key role in expanding and optimizing clinical services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers in an innovative pharmacy clinic.
- Drive community engagement and foster lasting relationships with patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in New Brunswick.
- Strong interest in clinical services, including compounding, prescribing, and vaccinations.
- Excellent productivity while maintaining attention to detail
- Leadership skills with a vision for advancing pharmacy practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to take accountability for one’s work and follow-up
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
- Demonstrates genuine interest and care for others
