The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated pharmacist with a leadership mindset to help shape and advance the future of our practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Play a key role in expanding and optimizing clinical services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers in an innovative pharmacy clinic.
  • Drive community engagement and foster lasting relationships with patients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in New Brunswick.
  • Strong interest in clinical services, including compounding, prescribing, and vaccinations.
  • Excellent productivity while maintaining attention to detail
  • Leadership skills with a vision for advancing pharmacy practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to take accountability for one’s work and follow-up
  • Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
  • Demonstrates genuine interest and care for others
