Role Description
Full-time managerial position. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the pharmacy and pharmacy team. Ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining exceptional service to patients. The role will include supervising the preparation and dispensing of medications, inventory management, staff training, and providing advice to healthcare providers & patients. Additional duties include developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are met in all pharmacy processes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, pharmaceuticals, and regulatory compliance Leadership and team management skills, including training and evaluating staff Exceptional organizational skills, with experience in inventory management Proficiency in providing medication advice and collaborating with healthcare professionals Effective communication and customer service skills Active license to practice pharmacy in New Brunswick Experience in healthcare or pharmacy management is an asset Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Compensation
$75–$85/hour
$10,000 signing bonus
$1,000/month manager bonus
