The Medicine Shoppe Moncton is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team.
The Medicine Shoppe is a small, community-focused pharmacy that emphasizes personalized customer care and service. Known for its friendly neighbourhood feel, it is a convenient alternative to larger chain pharmacies.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead pharmacy operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
- Provide expert medication counselling and support patient adherence.
- Accurately dispense prescriptions and ensure compliance with provincial regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Conduct medication reviews and offer tailored patient care solutions.
- Administer vaccinations and deliver pharmacist-led healthcare services.
- Maintain patient records and uphold pharmacy best practices.
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
- Licensed Pharmacist in New Brunswick (or eligible for licensure).
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
- Proven experience in a pharmacy setting, with managerial experience preferred.
- Commitment to patient care and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask.
- Experience with pharmacy software is an asset.
