Give Flu Shots

Your New Brunswick pharmacist - who is available weekends and evenings without an appointment – can give you your flu shot or other injections.

Most New Brunswick pharmacies provide injections such as flu shots, shingles vaccines, travel vaccines and birth control.

Last year, New Brunswick pharmacists administered approximately 62,200 publicly funded flu shots.

Your New Brunswick pharmacist can provide you with a publicly-funded flu shot if you are eligible. Eligible children aged 5 to 18, adults aged 65 and older, as well as individuals with identified chronic conditions aged 5 years and older, who are known to the pharmacist, will be able to receive the publicly funded vaccine at most pharmacies.
