NBPA Virtual Annual General Meeting and Awards

Please join the NBPA Annual General Meeting on Sunday Sept 20, 2020 at 7 pm at which time we will be presenting the NBPA Pharmacy Award winners and holding a prize draw to win $1000!!

The virtual meeting, open to members and guests is being hosted through GoToWebinar ®. To attend and allow for voting validation please register for the NBPA AGM by Sept 13th.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Dwayne Hayes customercare@gotowebinar.com containing information about joining the virtual meeting, including;

  • the meeting link
  • a password to enter the AGM

AGM  materials and reports, as they become available can be found in the membership section of the NBPA website under https://nbpharma.ca/members/reports. You must log into the NBPA website Members page prior to accessing the reports. Please review prior to the meeting.

As part of the order of business, the membership will elect a member to the Finance Review Committee. A separate email has been sent to members calling for nominations. The deadline for nomination is Sept 7th.  The names of those nominated will be announced on Sept 10th.

In addition to the AGM order of business we will be announcing /presenting the winners of the 2020 NBPA Pharmacy Awards as well, as introducing our new Executive Director, Jake Reid.  

Our partner, Wilson Insurance is sponsoring a cash prize of  $1000, available only to NBPA members who are registered by September 13, 2020. The winner must be in attendance online at the time of the draw at the end of the meeting.

Prior to our AGM, the New Brunswick College Pharmacists will host an information session on Business Continuity Planning from 6:00- 6:45 PM. Watch for details for this session provided by the NBCP.

It is disappointing that we did not have the opportunity to meet face to face during the 2020 PharmaNB Conference cancelled due to Covid-19. Let’s take some time to learn, connect and refresh.
